Our 2 day PPA Accreditation course focuses on behaviour in the workplace, and how to manage it more effectively. We explore both the theoretical and practical components of observable behaviour and discuss applications that range from recruitment to team development. Motivators and fears of individuals are also highlighted, and the impact of this on managing staff more effectively is discussed.
