Our 2 day TST Accreditation course focuses on applying the concept of ‘learning potential’ to the work environment. We learn how the level of an individual’s potential impacts the HR decisions. Theoretical concepts are explored during activity based sessions. These concepts are then applied in a series of workplace-relevant case studies to ensure you gain maximum benefit from the TST.
